2 Wheels are better than 4...

Last Wednesday, Ian ventured out to the road with Daddy to test out his skills that he had been practicing on the deck on his 2 wheel bike! Needless to say, his determination paid off and he took off as proud as can be on his bike! Dave was so very proud of him and I was scared to death he was going to crack his head open! Ian was very proud of himself and wants to 'ride his bike in the road' every day now! Unfortunatley, he has to wait till Daddy gets home to ride, since Mommy can't chase after him just yet. But we are proud of him and now he's ready for a little bigger bike! Yeah! Great Job Ian!!!

More Pictures from the Hospital

Pictures from the Hospital

Our internet has been down for the past week, but I've been able to get online for a while today to get some of the pictures up from the days we spent at the hospital and of our bring Mason home. I hope you enjoy this slide show!
The boys absolutley love Mason and actually fight over who gets to hold him! Luke especially is very possessive of his little brother and loves to say 'hi Mason, it's me!' Ian likes to laugh when Mason hiccups or does other body functions - of course - what else would humor a 5 year old! But they are really great with him and they are pretty good helpers for me.
My recovery is going great and I am moving around very well for just having a c-section a week ago! I'm grateful to Heavenly Father for letting me raise another one of his sweet spirits and for my health and most especially for my little family!
Enjoy the pictures!

SWIMMING CLASSES!

Ian and Luke are both signed up for a 2 week session of swimming classes at the YMCA. How crazy am I for taking them every day the week before and week of me delivering a baby!? I guess it's out of desperation to keep the boys occupied! Anyway, they have a ton of fun, as you can tell!

Ian being goofy in the pool.
Ian jumping into the deep end and swimming to his noodle!
Luke's FAVORITE thing is to jump in... can you tell!?

Surprise Baby Shower!

Here's me walking in on the surprise!
Melynda, me, Nikki and Marcia - I love you guys!
Me and my mom - who had so much to do with this! I love you!!!!!
Opening presents.
Below, is a quilt that Mary Jane put together, Marcia picked out the fabric, and they had it there at the shower and I think almost everyone helped tie part of it together! Thanks ladies!
SURPIRSE TO ME! What a wonderful treat for me and baby boy to unexpectedly go to Young Women activities last night and anticipate a service car wash and come to find out, the girls and leaders were secretly planning this shower for me and baby! I was totally shocked and surprised and a little overwhelmed that they would all do this for me! It was so sweet of the girls at church and my friends and family to do this for me and I am so very grateful! We had lots of yummy food and treats, fun games, and presents! It was amazing! I can't express how grateful I am! I love you all very much and everyone who came! You ROCK!

8 1/2 Months Have Passed...

Ok, so for those of you who don't get the priviledge of seeing me HUGE, here I am this past weekend only 2 1/2 weeks from delivering baby boy #3! (Terrible we still don't have a name!) Anyway, my sister wanted to see the 'side shot' of me, and I guess I'll be glad one day that she made me do it! I do feel huge, but it's for a good cause! I will be having the baby (unless I go into labor) by c-section on the 18th of this month, June. Wish us luck with an upcoming household of boy-mania! I better get myself a pedicure after all this is over with!

Luke Turns Three!

Luke is finally 3 today, June 3, 2008, and we had a wonderful birthday party for him this past saturday! Luke chose Superman for the theme of his party and Grandma Beeler topped it off with a spectacular Superman Cake that was irresistable to Luke and everyone else! It was wonderful!
We had family and friends over for a BBQ and had lots of good food and the usual birthday traditions of cake, ice cream and presents! Luke had a great time, but I think he loved the cake and presents the most! We are so thrilled that Luke is a part of our family to add laughter, silliness and spunk for us all!
